June 15, 2002 - Website up and running and began finalization of first marketing campaign phase. June 7, 2002 - Finished website and searched for hosting service. May 16, 2002 - Secured website address Epictelecom.com and began working on web pages and marketing campaign using internal resources. May 1-15, 2002 - Proposed, negotiated and installed first small business phone systems with data cabling. April 23-30, 2002 - Filed and received EIN#, Tax exemption certificate, occupational license, insurance and workers compensation insurance exemption. April 17, 2002 - Filed for incorporation with State Of Florida. April 7, 2002 - Retained legal counsel and accountant for corporation. March 2002 - Began planning to incorporate and execution of business plan. February 2002 - Owner conceptualization and business plan was begun. December 2001 - Became fed up with poor quality services status quo of big business and decided that we could realistically provide better satisfaction to the small business customer who was abandoned or ignored by large company distributors.
