Epic Teleconsulting Inc (ETI) was created and incorporated to provide quality technology consulting services and equipment sales for the small and medium sized business client in West Central Florida. We were founded in the Spring of 2002. We offer small and medium business in West Central Florida an affordably priced quality service as an alternative to incumbent LEC’s and national service providers like Verizon and Sprint. Our size give us the flexibility to economically meet all of your telecom and data needs. Experience has flooded the market and we utilize the available expertise to tailor communication solutions for your business.

As a privately held corporation, ETI must also maintain financial balance for our shareholders, charge a great value for its services, and deliver an even higher value to its clients. Our initial focus is to develop the West Central Florida telecom and data market. Susan M. Pfeiffer serves on Epic Teleconsulting Inc.'s Board of Directors.

Jeffery Clemence serves as Epic Teleconsulting Inc.'s Technical and Installation Consultant since April 2002.

Mr. Pfeiffer's experience includes almost 19 total years experience in the telecommunication and data fields. Over 13 with major providers Centel and Williams/Nextira. Additional 6 years small business experience with secondary market industry. He has held various positions including Operations Management and Account Executive for the companies he has worked for, most recently he held the position of Tampa District Service Manager for Nextiraone, LLC formerly Williams Communications. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University Of Tampa and A.S. from Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Fl. He is also an Owner of Epic Teleconsulting Inc. 

Mrs. Pfeiffer’s is a Registered Nurse with over 21 years of professional experience in the nursing profession. She specializes as a psychiatric nurse and is currently employed in a management position for a national recognized behavioral health care provider. She serves on the Board Of Directors for Epic Teleconsulting Inc., and is a management consultant.

Mr. Clemence holds an A.S. degree in Electronics and has over 12 years field experience with Nortel products including Key System, PBX and Fiber Optic systems. His experience includes 5 years in the Secondary Telecom Equipment market and over 7 years with Williams Communications Solutions as a Key System/ PBX installer and Fiber Optic Network Field Technician. He hold various Nortel Networks certifications. He is also the President and Owner of Clemence Communications Inc.
