Product Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our equipment. Most hardware has a 1-year Warranty. Some hardware may have Limited Warranty from the manufacturer. In either case the warranty covers replacement of a defective item that has failed during normal use and conditions with a specified time. It does not cover replacement for items that are mishandled, abused, lightning, water, liquid spill or any damage caused by any act of man or nature. We will send or deliver a replacement item of like kind to your site at no charge to you. At our discretion, the replacement item may be new, used or refurbished. The customer will have 15 business days to return the defective item to ETI or they will be invoiced for the replacement item. The customer is responsible for any freight charges they may incur to return defective product. Contact your account manager for Extended Warranty availability. ETI reserves rights to amend warranty due to “unusual conditions or circumstances beyond our control”, for example - lost intransit equipment or out-of-stock discontinued equipment failures.
Other Warranty Items
Your satisfaction is our goal. We will guarantee work performed or you will not be charged for the labor portion of your bill. Client or firm will be responsible for all other charges including any material charges ETI incurs. Customer is responsible for any restocking charges including freight and taxes that ETI may incur to return ordered equipment for contracted or mutually consented upon work for the client. ETI reserves rights to alter or amend these terms with a 10-day notice. Always check here first to see current terms and conditions.
